Guarantee of Payment
If your insurance company provides a Guarantee of Payment, please ask your insurance company to email and our team will coordinate with them to help find a billing solution and assist with any documentation process.
If direct billing is not available with your insurance company, The Physio Centre will provide you with the appropriate reimbursement form, signed and completed for you to submit to your insurance company.
